The King, the chicken and the thief    

The King has painted a magnificent portrait of his friend the chicken. But then it seems there’s a thief rummaging around in the castle. And he’s about the steal the painting! Later on, we make acquaintance with Mrs. Fox, the wife of the thief (who is waning away in her foxhole with fox-fever) and the King paints a portrait of the thief.
